We do not issue refunds. We allow a return/exchange or credit. Our policy lasts 14 business days. If 14 business days have gone by, or you have used the item (s), unfortunately we can not offer you a return/exchange or credit for your purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer who delivers them. We will instruct you where to ship the items back for inspection. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of initial shipping will be included.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to request a Return/Exchange or Store Credit?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the Return/Exchange or Store Credit. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, damaged or not what you approved on your proof. It must also be in the original packaging. We will notify you via email instruction on where to ship the product back. We can not issue a return/exchange or credit without the product returned.
To complete your return/exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your order number.
PLEASE NOTE: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
When will the Return/Exchange or Store Credit be processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.
- If you have requested the items be replaced, you will be notified via email with a production schedule.
- If a store-credit is requested, you will be notified via email when this is processed, and will have one (1) year to use.
